Marking the launch of a new consultancy and advisory business to education institutions, businesses, and investors.
September marks the start of a new academic year in universities and schools across the northern hemisphere. Granted, this is not a very incisive opening sentence for a blog dedicated to insights and views from the world of international education, but it is relevant to my first, short post on this new website launching today.
That is because, after close to 30 years working for some great companies in the education sector, I am also at the start of something new: a business venture of my own.
My idea is to build a network of experts who have first-hand experience of working in globally-oriented education institutions and businesses: specialists on specific countries, regions, or subject matters. The International Education will provide consultancy and advisory services to institutions, companies, and investors in (I am sure you have guessed by now) the business of international education. You can read all about our services elsewhere on this website and if you are interested in using them, or being involved as an associate, do please get in touch.
I will be posting a few times a month on current, important topics and issues facing the sector, and will provide some analysis and opinions on which readers can make comments. I am looking forward to exchanging views with as many people in this brilliant industry as possible.
